Privacy & deal vault
SellTheBizFast collects inquiry details and optional file uploads to provide white-glove succession planning — and, when a sale is mutual, so Hennessey Holdings LLC can evaluate a purchase path.
What we store: name, email, phone, role, business facts you submit, and files you upload. Each inquiry creates or updates a person contact profile and a company (organization) profile. Files are cataloged against those profiles by relevance (person, company, or both).
Where files live: private MinIO object storage (deal vault). We attempt SSE-S3 encryption on write when the store supports it; otherwise objects remain in a non-public bucket. Metadata lives in Postgres inside the sellthebizfast cell. We do not store CIMs or financials in Discord or other public chat.
In transit: the public site is served over HTTPS when DNS/TLS are live on sellthebizfast.com.
We never ask for: bank usernames/passwords, remote desktop credentials, or raw account logins.
